Growing up in the deep south, BBQ was a way of life. As a US Army veteran, my wife and I decided to make Fountain, Colorado our home. We take great pride in sharing traditional Memphis style BBQ to our community. We are bringing Memphis style BBQ to Colorado! We named our restaurant after our daughter, LaMonica, who is an excellent baker as well as a recent graduate in business school and continuing on for her Master’s degree.
